After receiving rigorous training, our co-ops have the opportunity to solve actual business problems. Co-op participants work across ºù«ÍÞÊÓÆµ businesses and have the opportunity to partner with several experienced engineers throughout their job assignment. In addition to using their technical engineering knowledge and capability, our co-op students demonstrate critical thinking, problem solving, creativity, perseverance, and strong communication skills, along with confidence and curiosity. An engineering co-op job is a great complement to formal education, giving students hands-on experience in the field.
