For the eighth consecutive year, DJSI named ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ the industry leader in sustainability, earning top scores in governance/economic and social performance. This is the 16th straight year that ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ has been recognized as a sustainability leader on the DJSI, including both the Dow Jones Sustainability World Index and North America Index.

Bringing sustainability to life in 2020
Guided by our purpose of helping people live more fully through our life-changing technologies and products, here are just a few examples of how we've delivered results across our business and in partnership with others.
- Increasing access to COVID-19 testing: We've developed a series of tests to help address COVID-19. And at the same time, we're taking a comprehensive approach to tackling the virus globally, strengthening health systems and communities and helping our employees stay healthy.
- Extending the reach of care to people wherever they are: Our shared value collaboration expands access to care and testing in Rwanda – including a new panel of ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ rapid prenatal tests – providing a model for sustainable rural care. Fortune magazine recently recognized us for this work, including us on their 2020 "Change the World" list.
- Delivering life-changing innovation to improve lives: There's growing recognition of how ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ's R&D is transforming lives in new ways – from our MitraClip device being named Best Medical Technology, to our BinaxNOW test and NAVICA app being honored with a Chicago Innovation Award, to being named Fast Company's 2020 World Changing Company of the Year.

We intend to further extend this commitment with the launch of our 2030 sustainability strategy and plan later this year. With forward-looking targets closely aligned to our purpose of helping people live fuller lives through better health, our 2030 plan will build a stronger, more sustainable ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ that better serves the many people who depend on us, for years to come.
