Liz Cushman is ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ’s Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. She was appointed to this role in June 2025.

Since joining ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ in 2006, Liz has held numerous positions in legal and compliance, including as Senior Vice President, Legal, in which she was responsible for ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ’s global commercial legal teams and specialty legal functions, as well as legal operations.

She also served as Vice President, Specialty Legal, and Divisional Vice President & Associate General Counsel for Medical Devices, Established Pharmaceuticals, and Legal Regulatory & Compliance.

Liz also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Clara ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ Foundation.Ìý

Liz earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley in Berkeley, California, and her juris doctorate from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California.
